Charles H. Strawter is a Licensed Landscape Architect and ISA Certified Arborist with experience in municipal, commercial, multi-family and private residential projects.
After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture from UC Davis, Charles began his career working as a designer for a start-up landscape design/ build firm specializing in native and drought tolerant residential landscapes in Sacramento, CA. Working closely with contractors, Charles has developed a grounded design style that he implements through clear and concise working drawings. Charles brought this experience with him to Southern California where he worked for a landscape architecture and urban design firm for 9 years while earning an MLA from Cal Poly Pomona before setting out to form C. H. Strawter Design Inc., a full service landscape architecture and urban design consulting service based in Valencia, CA.
